Returns Policy
At Have Faith, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, I'm here to help.
If Your Apparel is Wrong / Defective / Damaged
If your item arrives with printing errors, flaws, or damage, here’s what to do:
- Send an email to havefaithbrand1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your first and last name + clear photos of the issue (close-ups, and full view).
- I'll submit the claim, and, if approved, I'll send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
If for some reason a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll work out a refund together:)
Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Preference
Because every piece is created just for your order:
- I can’t process returns or exchanges just because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or want a different color.
- Please be sure to check our sizing chart and product details before you order:)
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations should be made known within twelve hours of your purchase.
- If you need to cancel, send an email to havefaithbrand1@gmail.com stating that you wish to cancel your order. Include your first and last name that you provided during purchase.
- Once production starts, cancellation might not be possible — I'll try my best! Know this before purchasing.
Refunds
- Refunds are only eligible in cases where a replacement can’t be made (damage, defect, etc.).
- Approved refunds will go back to the original payment method.
Wrong Address / Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- Have Faith Apparel is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
